If you select PICK UP IN STORE - you must be able to pick up your items within 7 days of purchase from our store in Wyong NSW. (7a Alison Road, Wyong). Otherwise please select our STANDARD SHIPPING OPTION.

Items not picked up within 7 days will be put back into stock + amount refunded.

Within Australia our shipping is a flat rate of $9.95.

Our aim is to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders may take an additional 1-2 days to be dispatched during special promotions and clearance sales.

We use Sendle for domestic deliveries. Please allow 2 or more days for standard domestic delivery. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been lodged.

Pre-orders will receive a confirmation email when the pre-order has been dispatched. Please note if you order any in stock item/s with your pre-order these will be shipped together when your pre-order arrives. If you would like your in-stock item to be dispatched earlier we recommend placing a separate order.

KelK Styling cannot be held liable for postage delays, lost or damaged goods that might occur by postage couriers or any person(s) that handle goods once they leave our premises.
